Make it Make Sense

Ever had a big decision or a big change coming and you know its for the best and needs to be done but still have unexplained emotions or anxiety around it?

How does one really stay in the now and release control to not stress or worry over things we can change or can’t control?

Today I’m trying mantra to keep me focused and in the now.

”Today I refuse to give power to things I can’t control or change.”

”No matter how it feels now better is coming.”

Repeating as necessary following up with three things I am thankful for in that moment.
