It’s strange to think about how many versions of us exists out there. Characters created by the perception of people around us.
We can be the hero in one persons story and the villain in someone else’s.
The damsel in distress or the funny sidekick, the best friend, the drama queen, the love a life or the worst enemy depending on the impression or interactions we have with others and the point in our lives that our paths cross.
But those perceptions and opinions don’t define you.
There is freedom in understanding that.
You will more then likely in your life offend someone, upset someone or breaks someone’s heart. Not everyone will see you as you hope they will, or get your weird, or understand you. You will not be everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay. Because if we are being honest the road goes both ways and everyone is not yours either.
So focus on being the best version or yourself, living your truth and writing your story.
Your past, present and future
“Other people’s opinions of you is none of your business.”
